I’m Leonora Valdezco, founder of LValdezco Ltd, offering a Bespoke Property Matchmaker service. The idea behind this business was born from a deep frustration with how uneven the playing field is for homebuyers especially those seeking something truly special.

Time after time, I saw buyers struggling: homes sold before they ever hit the market, deals collapsing at the last minute, bidding wars, endless back and forth with estate agents, solicitors, and surveyors. It was stressful, time-consuming, and, quite frankly, unfair.
